Karnarou Konstantina

Karnarou Konstantina is an Exercise Science and Physical Fitness Expert at “Sports Excellence”. The Sports Excellence lab is under the scientific supervision of the 1st Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of NKUA, with an exclusive donation from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. In 2021, she completed her undergraduate studies at School of Physical Education and Sports Science of NKUA, majoring in “Health and Fitness”, which she passed with an “Excellent” grade. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in “Exercise and Health” of School of Medicine of NKUA. Her research and practical work focus on therapeutic exercise for clinical populations and the assessment of young athletes.
