Curriculum Vitae
Maria Papandreou is a Professor of Sports Physiotherapy in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy and Physical Education in Sports Science, along with a Diploma and MSc degree in Sports Medicine/Sports Coaching from the UK, and a PhD from the Kapodistrian University of Greece. Maria has published over 60 papers in peer-reviewed journals and participated in more than 60 presentations at conferences globally. She has served as a principal investigator on four research projects and mentored several master’s and doctoral theses. She is a member of the “Accredited Sports Physiotherapist & Exercise Specialist” committee at the Panhellenic Physiotherapy Association.
