Paschalis Vasilis

Dr. Paschalis is an Associate Professor of Sport and Exercise Physiology at the School of Physical Education Sport Science – National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. A distinguished biologist, he promotes basic, applied and clinical research in sports medicine, sports nutrition and exercise science. He has published 88 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, with his work cited more than 5,500 times (h-index = 40; Google scholar, February 2025). Dr. Paschalis serve as a member of the Advisory Editorial Board for the Journal of Sports Sciences (Taylor and Francis, impact factor 2.3).
