

Apostolos Z. Skouras is a Physiotherapist and Scientific Associate at Hellenic Sports Excellence since 2020. He graduated in 2017 from the Department of Physiotherapy in Athens, Greece, where he was awarded as valedictorian. During 2017–2018, he completed an internship in therapeutic exercise programs at the University Hospital of Ghent (UZ Ghent) and AZ Jan Palfjin in Belgium. He is currently attending the postgraduate program “Exercise and Health” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His research and clinical interests include biomechanical analysis of human movement, therapeutic exercise for non-communicable diseases, and rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries.
