Dr. Andreas Stamatis is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Health & Sport Sciences at the University of Louisville (UofL) and a Mental Performance Specialist in the Institute of Sports Medicine at UofL Health. He holds multiple degrees/certifications and has extensive experience in mental toughness, sport psychology, and performance optimization. His research focuses on mental toughness, sport performance, and applied mental training. Dr. Stamatis has published widely, presented at international conferences, and worked with elite athletes, tactical professionals, and healthcare providers. His work integrates science and practice to enhance well-being and performance in high-pressure environments.
